Delivery Information

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times exclude weekends, public holidays observed in Spain, and periods of unusually high order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most European countries.

Shipping availability may vary depending on carrier service coverage, customs regulations, import requirements, and local delivery restrictions.

3. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: $4.99

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, local courier services, weather conditions, transportation delays, and peak shipping seasons.

5. Taxes and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.
